Information about the Branch
We are a local branch of the Ramblers' Association based in the town of
Hinckley and part of the Leicestershire Area of the R.A. We have walks
organised most weekends throughout the year, ranging from 5 miles half-day
local walks to 12-15 mile full day walks which invariably take us out of the
around the county and to neighbouring counties. We also offer occassional
weekends away in youth hostel, camping barn or B&B accomodation. All
walks meet at the Brunel Road (Outside Hinckley Times Office) car park in Hinckley
(SP426935). Details of the branch weekend activities can be found on the
programme page.
There are also two casual groups associated with the branch who organise
informal walks on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Details of their activities can be
obtained from the Chairperson.

All walks are open to non-members, however you should plan to join the Ramblers'
Association if you plan to join us on more than two walks.
